We are looking for a candidate that stable, responsible, well-organized and attentive to details. Must be good with numbers & capable of multi-tasking. Also a team player with pleasant personality

Bookkeeping Duties include:

• Bookkeeping, billing and preparing monthly reports and statements
• Data entry tasks
• Outstanding invoice follow up with sales team
• Assisting in ad-hoc projects

Administration Duties include:

• Provide Operations Manager support on administrative and operational tasks
• Manage General line phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Coordinating office activities and operations, keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements:

• LCCI level 2 or above or equivalent certification
• 3+ year experience
• Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is preferred
