Responsibilities:

• Prepares general expenses payments and reimbursement
• Expenses allocation/analysis by cost centre
• Handles expenses accrual and amortization
• Assists in prepayment, account receivables and payables analysis
• Assists in expenses schedule for tax computation
• Assists in daily accounting control works
• Assists in preparing certain regulatory reports/Head Office reports
• Assists in preparation of various daily and month-end control reports
• Data input and all kind of clerical work

Requirements:

• Accounting degree with 2 years working experience
• Could easily adapt new situations and tasks
• Self-motivated and work independently
• Good command of English and Chinese
