A Listed company located in HK is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position: 

*Requirements:   

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• Qualified accountant
• 8 years solid experience in external audit in Big 4 CPA + internal audit, internal control or related areas
• Strong in-house experience with MNC or SOE is preferred
• Solid and thorough knowledge in control and anti-fraud framework, compliance in corporate policies as well as code of conduct
• Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines, and with strong sense of responsibility
• A team-player with excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Proactive, detail oriented, and organized with strong interpersonal skills
• Computer literate in Excel/Word/Access/SAP
• Proficient spoken and written Chinese and English, good command of Putonghua is an added advantage

*Key Responsibilities:   

• Assist in establishing, enhancing and putting in place the Group’s accounting policies and procedures
• Design, enhance and implement the control measures for the Group’s financial and accounting activities covering Headquarters and the regions
• Setup and execute the appropriate monitoring mechanisms on the accounting and operating transactions to ensure compliance with the relevant policies and procedures
• Conduct analysis to locate risk areas and propose improvements
• Cultivate the compliance and control culture in the department to foster high level of integrity
• Provide guidance and address queries regarding financial and internal control
• Participate in the interim and year end closing to ensure statutory audits are carried out smoothly
• Produce high quality analysis report and handle ad hoc assignments when required
• Salary: 50-53K
• Benefit: 5 days work, 13 months salary+bonus, bank holiday, 16 days annual leave, medical (including dental & life insurance) & MPF
