Major Responsibilities:

• Oversee the timely and accurate completion of daily and month end accounting, A/P, and general ledger functions
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management accounts
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated accounts, facilitate annual / interim audit, coordinate and liaise with external auditor and tax advisor on audit and tax issues
• Provide internal / external audit support. Prepare relevant schedules for the completion of statutory reports
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget and forecast
• Implement control measures and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures
• Identify and recommend changes to procedures and systems to improve reporting quality and the accounting workflow
• Other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• HKICPA / ACCA qualified accountant or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years audit / accounting experience
• Solid experience in consolidation and statutory reporting is preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and good knowledge in SAP is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and have sound problem solving abilities
• Detail oriented and organized
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
