Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting duties including cheque payments, accounting transaction, AR, AP, filing and data input
• Assist in accounting related ad hoc projects/assignments.
• Support the annual audit and taxation matters
• Assist in the office administration work and other related duties.

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE graduate with LCCI Level 2 or equivalent qualification
• without working experience but with accounting knowledge can also be considered
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP & CargoWise One) is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented, initiative, responsible and willing to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Proficiency in English & Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Immediate availability is preferred.
