Responsible for financial analysis, planning, forecasting and management reporting. This position reports to the US-based Director of Financial Reporting with a dotted line to the Hong Kong management team.

Core Functions

• Manage and coordinate monthly management reporting and analysis process
• Provide commentary on business performance at both corporate and subsidiary level
• Prepare and coordinate forecasts
• Create financial models to evaluate scenarios and drive business decisions
• Provide explanations and schedules to auditor requests as necessary
• Perform P&L and Balance Sheet variance analysis
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Basic Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA and/or CPA a plus
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills
• Willingness to take ownership in work and meet deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office products
• Ability to research and apply advanced financial and accounting concepts
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP system preferred
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English
