Job Descriptions

• Responsible for general ledger, voucher preparation, accounts receivable/payable and cash/bank records updating and reconciliations;
• Prepare monthly management reports for submission to HQ;
• Prepare monthly accounts receivable schedules;
• Prepare monthly accounts payable, fixed assets, other receivable/payable/accrual/prepayment and income/expense schedules;
• Handling queries from stakeholders
• Providing assistance for annual audit
• Supervising junior team members
• Perform other duties assigned by manager

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
• Min three (3) year working experience
• Experience in supervising a team
• Experience in using Sun Accounting System and Vision would be an advantage
• Expertise in Excel
• Proficiency in Macro
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and Deadline oriented
• Able to work under pressure and willing to take up challenges
• Be friendly, flexible, dynamic and have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Immediate available is preferred
• Salary and title shall commensurate with qualification and experience
