职责：

• 在总经理和集团财务的领导下，制定、完善并落实公司相关财务管理制度、规定和办法
• 组织公司财务报告、预算和成本管理等编制及审定工作，统筹和编制公司年度预算并定期及不定期进行跟踪分析
• 组织公司生产成本核算工作，建立健全成本核算分析体系，定期提供完善的成本分析报告
• 建立，调整和完善集团税务管理政策，研究企业税务法律环境，跟踪各级涉税政策，进行合理税收筹划
• 统筹公司财务信息系统建设、完善和维护支持管理工作
• 协助总经理加强公司内控体系建设、提升公司内控管理
• 财务团队建设及同事专业指导及培训工作
• 承办总经理及上级财务部门交办的其他工作

Duties:

• Under the General Manager of the subsidiary and the Group Finance Director, to formulate, improve and implement financial policy and rules.
• Responsible for the financial reports, budgets and cost management. Overall manage and prepare the Group’s annual budget, continuous analyzing and controlling
• Organize the Costing of Production and the related analyzing system with regular reports
• Set up, develop and improve the Group’s tax policy. Research and study the legal requirement, status and rules related to tax.
• Support and improve company's financial information systems.
• Assistant the General Manager to enhance Company’s internal audit and control functions.
• Responsible for the team building of Finance and providing training for the team members.
• Work out other assignments by the General Manager and the Group Finance Director.

入职条件：

• 必须具会计本科学位及香港注册会计师（或相当资格）。
• 至少在具规模公司8年有关工作经验，其中3年为制造业财务工作经验者。
• 精通香港财务会计相关法规和制度，具有较为丰富的实务经验。了解中国大陆相关财税制度及规定。
• 熟练掌握相关办公软件和金蝶EAS及Hyperion等财务信息化系统。
• 对财务工作抱热诚，擅管理及忠诚可靠。
• 良好中文及英文写作能力，普通话可作为工作语言。
• 有四大会计师事务所工作经验者尤佳。

Requirements:

• Accounting degree gained and a CPA is absolutely required (or equivalent).
• At least 8 years related experience in a sizable company with 3 years working in manufacturing field.
• Proficiency in all aspects of Hong Kong corporate accounting rules, sound and solid experience, and good knowledge on Mainland Finance rules and regulations.
• Familiar with Kingdee and Hyperion financial information systems.
• Having passion on work with outstanding leadership and integrity.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, and could speak Mandarin well to communicate in the working place.
• Experience in the BIG FOUR is preferable.
