Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full sets of accounts, AP, AR, month-end closing, reconciliations and  one-man band reporting duties
• Hands-on weekly operational, development project payments and cash report
• Manage management accounts, business performance analysis, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting
• Assist in tax filing, year-end audit and ad-hoc projects for financial and decision-making purposes
• Liaise with different external parties such as auditors and banks
• Assist in ad hoc projects or other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with 3-5 years professional accounting experience
• Previous experience working in property investments or property development is a plus
• Advance Microsoft Excel skills
• Good financial, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Committed, motivated, hardworking and able to work independently
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is perferrable
