Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of new business strategy in various non-real estate industries
• Assist the identification of new business initiatives by analyzing market opportunities and assessment of new technologies
• Conduct market research in support of various strategic initiatives
• Analyze market competitiveness to test hypothesis, uncover business insights and develop recommendations
• Build financial models to determine the financial feasibility of new business opportunities
• Assist the senior management team to draft business plans
• Provide analytical support to the ongoing monitoring of new business

Job Requirements:

• University degree or relevant post graduate qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience in business analytics, candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Investment Manager
• Well-developed capability to process high volumes of complex information and synthesize key business insights and issues
• Hands-on skills in analytics with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills and detail-minded
• Hands-on skills in financial modelling and budgeting
• Previous experience in business consulting, business strategy department or management trainee program preferred
• Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Occasional travel is required
