Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in a professional manner regarding accounting, data entry, journal preparation and checking, month-end closing procedures
- Assist in checking and analysis of accounting data and prepare financial report
- Provide efficient and accurate accounts payable services, including processing payment
- Perform other ad hoc tasks/projects as requested
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or any related disciplines
- At 2-3 years’ solid working experience gained in Accounting
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and independent
- Proficiency in using MS Office e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good in typing and Chinese words processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command English and Cantonese both in written and oral
