As part of the Account Payable team, you will be responsible for:

• Be responsible for accounts payable duties;
• Assist in month-end closing;
• Liaise directly with suppliers & counter  parties;
• Reconcile suppliers statements & follow up on reconciling differences;
• Handle filing of financial records;
• Provide clerical support to the team.

Requirements:

• Form 5 (HKCEE or HKDSE) or above, with certificate in accounts is an asset;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Possession of relevant experiences is an advantage;
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
