Job Description


  • Manage IT audit projects for clients across various industries.
  • Analyze and evaluate IT security risks and controls, provide IT risk reduction recommendations and implement solutions to control weaknesses.
  • Develop policies and procedures relating to information systems controls.
  • Develop written reports of IT and business risks, control descriptions, findings, and recommendations.
  • Resolve negative audit findings reported by internal and external audits by working with IT action owners and tracking the remediation progress.
  • Promote IT risk awareness to business units.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members; assist in building a high performance team. 


  • Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
  • Significant experience in applying relevant technical knowledge in at least one of the following engagements: (a) financial statement audits; (b) internal or operational audits; (c) ISAE 3402/SAS 70/SSAE16/SOC engagements; and/or (d) ERP security and control reviews (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft).
  • Holding any of the following professional qualifications would be preferred: CPA, CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH, GIAC, OSCP, CREST CRT, CompTIA or equivalent certifications.
  • Minimum 4 years of solid experience in IT audit with a reputable international accounting firm or multinational corporation. Candidates with less experience could be considered as Consultant.
  • An added asset for candidates with knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act, ISO27001, BS7799, COBIT, ITIL, PCIDSS, CSTAR, Secure SDLC or similar requirements, as well as experience in ERP/systems implementations.
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of corporate IT related trends (such as cloud computing, Agile project management, ITIL, DevOps, data loss & recovery, data analytics, GRC, business continuity, disaster recovery, and the current ERP offerings) and understanding of regulation compliance (such as data protection, cyber security law, HKMA requirements) would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated, enthusiastic and experience in client services.
  • Strong project management and execution experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% or more, depending on clients’ location.
