Job Duties:

-Manage and oversee financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting;

-Provide analytical support to management;

-Oversee tax reporting and enforce compliance with the legal entity;

-Lead the planning and coordination of the annual budget process for the corporate functions and provide financial planning and analysis support for the corporate functions;

-Support in various tax reporting activities;

-Coordinate compliance activities;

-Initiate and implement an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures for operations by actively collaborating with operating and/ or functional staff

Requirements:

-At least 8 years of solid relevant experience with recognized professional qualifications and at least 5 years of management experience;

-Able to work independently with strong initiative under minimal supervision for dynamic projects settings;

-Previous exposure in multicultural environment and corporate development projects is highly desirable;

-Advance Excel modeling and analytical skills;

-Strong interpersonal skills including written and communication skills;

-Strong track record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet deadline;

-Candidates with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager
