Job Purpose:

Report to Associate Manager, Finance, handle daily accounting operations, including prepare voucher, data entry, filing, copying and perform certain administrative works.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare cheques and payment vouchers for Accounts Payable and general expenses
• Prepare reimbursement and payments to clients and providers
• Enter and register invoices if necessary and create credit note and update the system record with proper status
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or above in financing disciplines
• Proficiency in using MS Office including Excel 
• Proactive, energetic, self-motivated and a good team player
• Good command of spoken & written English and Putonghua
• Fresh University graduates will also be considered
