We are looking for a high caliber individual to join our Accounting and Finance Department. Main responsibilities of the successful candidate include:

• Manage daily general accounting duties including AR, AP and inventory
• Handle full sets of books and prepare timely and accurate monthly financial accounts, management reports and simple consolidated statements
• Perform month end closing and prepare bank reconciliations
• Prepare routine/ad hoc reporting and analysis    
• Compile regular treasury reports e.g. daily cash position, weekly cashflow forecast and monthly cashflow budget etc.
• Assist in the preparation of budgetary reports
• Arrange stock-taking and year-end audit
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• LCCI higher or above
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience
• Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure;
• Good at English and Chinese, plus good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office and knowledge in accounting software/ERP, Accpac and MYOB would be preferred
• Immediately available is preferable
