We require a professional to work as a member of the team providing corporate finance services to the Swire Pacific group.  The job will involve analyzing the performance of existing and potential investments, maintenance of databases for financial analysis, research into companies and industry sectors, business development, developing business plans, mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance execution, assisting in internal approval process and other ad-hoc tasks to support the group’s corporate finance activities.  The job nature will be predominantly project based.
 
The ideal candidate should have:

• A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in investment banking, private equity, accounting, consulting or corporate finance
• A degree or professional qualification in the discipline of accounting, finance, economics or quantitative analysis.  CFA Level 2 or above is a plus.
• Excellent PC skills including Excel, Powerpoint and using Bloomberg a plus
• Good interpersonal skills and an analytical-mind with good financial and commercial sense
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent English.  Good Mandarin is also an advantage
