Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Monitor and maintain daily accounting operation
• Handle payments, receipts, accounts payable and receivable
• File and organize accounting documents and liaise with auditors
• Responsible for relevant report preparation
• Assist in any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in accounting field.
• Good command of both verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Dynamic, self-initiative and be ready to work in fast moving environment
• A good team player and able to work independently and multitask
• Immediately available is preferred
