Our client, a PRC Investment Firm with SFC full license, they are urgently looking for a company secretarial to join their current expanding team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Handle routine company secretarial duties of the Group
• Maintain minutes books, corporate and statutory records and database in a systematic and effective way
• Prepare statutory forms, draft minutes, resolutions and correspondence
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and assignments as assigned from time to time

Requirements: 

• Student member of HKICS/ICSA with a diploma or above in the Company Secretarial studies; secretarial experience with legal background preferred
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience, but not a must
• Knowledge in Companies Ordinance and statutory requirements, relevant compliance regulations and corporate governance developments preferred
• Knowledge in company secretarial practice for Hong Kong, overseas and PRC companies
• Willing to learn, dedicated, and committed
• Self-motivated, have a strong sense of responsibility, independent and detail-oriented
• Good team player
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
• Proficient in Viewpoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• An effective communicator with good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
