POSITION SUMMARY

This position is expected to deliver normal daily accounting duties, including data input, pretty cash, fixed assets, reconcile intercompany transaction and bank books...etc. Further support regional accounting manager for reporting and ad hoc issues assigned.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily accounting operation, including AR, AP, GL, data Input, fixed asset handling, bank reconciliation, accounting schedules, filing..etc
• Reconciliation of intercompany transaction and affiliates input
• Assist in timely and accurate monthly closing and reports
• Carry out other accounting duties assigned by Manager, such as reporting, analysis…etc
• Participate in other ad hoc duties as required from time to time

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

• Diploma in Finance or accounting
• Min 2  years accounting experience
• Responsible, detail-minded, mature flexible and ability to cope with changes
• Good attitude and hardworking
• Good command in Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS excel and Word

DESIRABLE

• Experience in Navision
• Exposure in MNC
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills

Part-time from Monday to Friday (9:00am – 1:00pm) OR (1:00pm to 5:00pm)
