Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operation, including data entry, filing, bank deposit and prepare invoice
• Follow up accounts receivable & accounts payable
• Manage Inventory control for Sales and Purchases
• Payment checking and cheque / bank remittance preparation
• Provide office administration support

Requirements

• Diploma or above in accounting with LCCI Intermediate level or above
• Previous experience in using accounting software is a plus
• Proficient in MS office especially in MS word, MS Excel
• Good communication skill, outgoing and self-motivated personality is required
• Good team player, willing to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Higher Qualification and more experience would be considered as Assistant Accountant
