Job Description
Our client, a listed property investment group, is hiring a CFO for their Hong Kong and China business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions of the group as a key member of the senior management team
- Perform financial reporting and management accounting for the company’s asset management business in Hong Kong and China
- Financial planning and management, cash flow management, tax planning and budgeting
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements
- 8 years or above relevant experience
- Qualified accountant with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
- Experienced working in a Chinese real estate company; strong knowledge in the China market
- Strong knowledge in asset management, investment, direct investment or private equity business
- Excellent Chinese and English; fluent Mandarin is a strong advantage
- Proficient computer skills; good Chinese typing skills
- Travel to China is required (40%-50% of the time)
- Immediate availability is preferred
