Responsibility:

• Handle Full sets of company account.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Auditor
• Responsible for Daily accounting operation included data input, filing and inventory;
• Manage all AR, AP,Cash flow, invoice, purchase order, plus monitoring & prepare  project account report.
• Perform routine accounting such as staff reimbursement and invoice checking.
• Prepare employees payroll, attendance record and MPF etc.
• Prepare employees contract & manage staff leave record.
• Responsible for general company administrative work.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

 Requirement :

• Minimum 4 years or above account & administration experience for above responsibly.
• Excellent in MS Words, Excel, Peachtree account software. 
• Fluent in spoken & written English is a must and good in written Chinese and Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• Must work independently, detail-minded, Mature, Self- motivated, well organized, immaculate with a strong sense of responsibility with good interpersonal skills, good at problem solving, capable to work in team environment is a must.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
