Main Duties:

• Prepare cash reporting and update financial records for analysis
• Assist cash planning and identify surplus funds
• Consolidate group weekly cash reports and bank account details
• Handle petty cash staff reimbursement
• Maintain a systematic and efficient filing system
• Perform ad hoc assignment as delegated by supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting discipline
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS office, particular Excel and Word, and knowledge in Oracle
• Experience on electronic banking system is preferred
• Detail-minded, responsible, cooperative, self- motivated, good interpersonal skill, well organized and able to meet tight schedules
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediate available and short notice will be an advantage
