Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to department including prepare, verify, update and filing of shipping documents
• Support internal billing by checking and posting all internal, vendor and sub-contractor invoices on an accurate and timely manner
• Coordinate with operational teams on cargo documentation
• Handle internal enquiries about the airfreight cost
• Support air gateway team in optimization of cargo consolidation
• Prepare charter and cargo sales report for the department

Job Requirements:

• Diploma qualification with 1 year of related work experience
• Knowledge in logistics/shipping/freight forwarding  is preferable, but not a must
• Hands on experience on MS Outlook and MS Office
• High proficiency in MS Excel would be an advantage
• Logical with strong numerical sense
• Good in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
