Our client is a HK listed company in the fashion luxury industry with strong presence in Asia.  A need has arisen to recruit a GM of Finance to lead its financial reporting team. 

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be overseeing the accounting function with main responsibilities as follows:

• Periodical financial reporting including timely publication of annual and interim reports
• Ensure compliance with all the requirements as set out in the listing rules and relevant compliance regulations
• Complied financial information and prepared accounting sector of the management reports
• Participate in ad hoc projects and coordinate with all relevant professional parties in relation to the projects

This is an excellent career opportunity for big 4 Senior Managers to excel in the commercial sector.  Strong technical abilities with knowledge in HKEX listing rules is expected.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required with full fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
