Responsibilities:

• Handle daily payments and settlement activities including preparation of cheques and payment instructions, inputting payment transactions to electronic payment systems, and coordination with internal and external parties
• Prepare accounting entries and assist in the month-end closing process
• Assist in the day-to-day cash management including preparation of daily bank position reports, payment summary and various reports
• Handle payment and settlement related enquiries
• Provide administrative support to the team and handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or other related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in corporate treasury, accounting or other relevant fields, preferably in sizable or multinational organizations
• Knowledge of Oracle Financial System (AP Module) or electronic banking would be an advantage
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Detailed attentive, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
