Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating the implementation of system projects, change requests and system release
• Prepare project documentation including business requirements, business flow diagram and user manuals
• Support overall project and work stream planning and the execution of project plan
• Provide reporting and weekly update on all on-going projects
• To assist in monitoring major project activities and rollout plans
• Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans, and provide support and training to users
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems or related disciplines preferred
• 2 years or above of related working experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, VBA programming experience is a plus, experience in using Flex System is preferred 
• Experience of implementing and supporting an Accounting System
• Training experience would be advantageous
• A self-motivated, confident team player with excellent communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
