We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to support our Sales & Marketing team and handle administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Support department on day-to-day operation and maintain accurate records (including data entry) for consolidating reports.
• Communicate & coordinate with internal parties to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the team and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Form 6 or above.
• 1 years working experiences in either administration or sales support.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, with ability to handle multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate available is preferable.

5.5 days alternative Saturdays.
