Responsibilities:

• Review and build the budgeting / forecast models;
• Provide guidance and support to Country Finance to ensure timely submission of monthly financial result, budget and forecast;
• Provide in depth financial modelling and analysis to support the real estate strategy and business objectives;
• Monitor the overall capital expenditure process in the region;
• Liaise with business owners across departments to ensure businesses financial targets are met;
• Work with Merchandise Planning team to validate and agree on sales and margin forecast;
• Ensure compliance to statutory, regulatory, regional and corporate requirements;
• Support in system implementation and enhancement.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance;
• At least 5 years of experience with retail and regional exposure preferable;
• High Proficiency in MS office;
• Analytical mind with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills;
• Details-oriented, committed, and able to work under tight deadlines;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Familiar with US GAAP;
• Professional qualification of HKICPA or ACCA
