Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle administration works for daily operations such as filing and submission
- Able to manage in-house library
- Assist team in preparing project proposal, reports, materials and related documentation
- Handle incoming calls and customer’s enquiries
- Any other ad hoc tasks required such as outdoor activities
Requirement
- HKCEE / HKDSE or Diploma graduated with minimum 2 years related experience
- Excellent skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Interested in design materials and knowledge of interior practices and procedures
- Experience in liaise with designers, contractors and suppliers
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure, self-motivated and meet tight deadlines
- Well organised with strong co-ordination and communication skills
- Proficiency of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferred
