Job Description
Japanese multinational high technology manufacturing and trading company with 200 staff in Hong Kong office and various subsidiaries and factories in South China – we are looking for ASST ACCOUNTING MANAGER – with details as follows :
- Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent;
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in finance, auditing or accounting in large organization;
- Familiar with China Tax & Accounting, HKFRS
- Good command of Mandarin and English ;
- Advanced skills in using excel, financial /accounting applications and ERP system (SAP preferred);
- Good people management, interpersonal skills;
- Work in Finance & Accounting Department of 18-20 members
- Act as partner of department head to provide finance & accounting management service to different group companies in South China
- Manage and supervise full set of consolidation account in view of Compliance, Toray’s internal guideline and policy. Preform financial analysis in account & tax view point and provide feedback to management team for decision making.
- Prepare forecast and budget of responsible consolidation account for group budgeting and its related analysis
- Frequent communicate and liaise with different parties to complete department goals in Hong Kong, China and Japan
- Propose & Support to establish group systems, accounting procedures and its workflow guideline to enhance internal control and execution
- Management team support, tax follow up, HQ reporting
- Provide ad hoc support to department’s in order to support company accounting & finance issue.
