Job Description
US multinational electronic component distributor – HK is regional office of Asia Pacific region – we are looking for FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS MANAGER (REGIONAL) - with details as follows :
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
- CPA with at least 4 years audit experience with Big4.
- Proven working experience at MNC in FPA area is definitely an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, including English language and Mandarin
- Excellent PC skills in performing extensive analysis – modelling, analysis, tracking and evaluating.
- Regional exposure is highly prefer
- Experience or knowledge in USGAAP is a plus
- Report to Regional Finance Manager
- Work in Finance & Accounting Department of 4 members

Responsible for consolidating annual Budget, periodic Forecast and Actuals through close communications with key stakeholders (in Region and Country)

Analyze the KPIs to identify potential risks and opportunities to improve business performance.

Consolidate and analyze monthly management reports according to USGAAP and Corporate requirement.

Responsible for Regional Audit review through coordinating with country finance team and providing the draft review support

Ensure timely and accurate reports delivery for management reference/meetings

Analyze financial statements to identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.

Supervise and ensure this team to handle the Supplier’s rebate & contract review process (legal review done by external firm)

Work with country finance members and support to close book and prepare financial analysis on a needed basis

Drive initiatives for productivity improvement and operation enhancement

Assisting ad-hoc/necessary assignment from management

Supervise a small team of 2 members

5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm)
