Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet statutory and GAAP requirement and serves company’s needs in business planning and strategic growth;
• Provide informative accounting data to managements in efficient manner;
• Ensure accuracy and timely closing and statutory reporting;
• Strong in preparing consolidated accounts;
• Review monthly accounts to make sure proper accounting records and asset and liability valuation in proper period;
• liaise with external auditors to handle audit matters
• In charge of tax and regulation issues;
• Annual Operating Planning for expenses and taxes;
• Budget development and analysis vs actual;
• Finance analysis for business development;
• Other requirements / projects assigned by management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent;
• 6+ years experiences in accounting and 2 years audit experience in supervision / lead role.
• Solid experience in handling full set accounts, consolidation and taxation matters
• Familiar with Excel, Words, Power Point and Peach Tree
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Good analytical, coordination and communication skills, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is preferred
