Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance procurement related analysis for responsible areas
- Conduct due diligence analysis on procurement requests and draft the relevant reports, evaluate the performance of various approved suppliers, and monitor the budget execution of fixed assets
- Perform annual budget and quarterly forecast
- Provide pricing reference for procurements based on expenditure records and market research if necessary
- Oversee accounts payable function, and act as escalation point for issues
- Work directly with various procurement teams to finalize strategic projects
- Assist in constructing or enhancing related management mechanism and administrative measures such as agent's policy, contract administration and tendering process, etc.
- Support and facilitate Controllership to co-ordinate internal and external audits for sourcing and procurement activities
- Co-ordinate projects to further develop finance systems and processes to cope with changing business needs
- Assist in developing related IT systems and participate in UAT process
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business, statistical or financial related discipline with procurement or supply chain management related qualification (e.g. CIPS and CPM) is preferred
- HKICPA or equivalent will be an advantage
- Over 6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting in sourcing and procurement
- Solid process management, analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal and external clients
- With knowledge in procurement & payment policies & procedures is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
