Requirements :

• Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance, Qualified ACCA/HKICPA member
• At least 3 years of working experience in CPA firms
• Working experience in trading and retail industries of Hong Kong Listed company is preferred
• Full responsibility for the overall financial management and general administrative functions
• Good solid consolidation knowledge and reporting skills
• Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively with all levels for both English, Chinese and Mandarin, self-motivated, independent and strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to travel to China and overseas

Duties :

• To ensure the quality and reliability of the accounting activities with the group, (including monitoring the timely preparation and review of monthly financial reports to management, financial & budgetary control)
• Implement, maintain and enforce Finance, Accounting compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Prepare management reports, forecast and budget etc.
• Responsible for managing and overseeing the overall accounting, taxation, financial planning and treasury activities of the companies
• Drive continuous improvement in financial, operational and business aspects of the companies
• Ensure the system of internal control is properly maintained and followed;
• Other ad hoc duties
