Responsibilities:

• Manage overall accounting functions, financial control, budgetary and cash management activities in Hong Kong
• Prepare annual/interim report
• Prepare Adhoc announcements and publication such as Circulars to Shareholders
• Handle group year-end audit and liaise with external lawyers, auditors, and bankers
• Responsible for board meeting document and relevant company secretarial duties
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

• Member of HKICPA or eligible for being Hong Kong listco’s company secretary.
• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• Relevant experiences in accounting or auditing of which at least 2 years commercial experience in listco
• Prior experience to draft publication announcement for lawyer’s review
• Basic knowledge of Company Secretary, Listing Rule and SFO.
• With PRC exposure and Fair Mandarin and adaptable to Mainland culture
• Strong business acumen, problem solving skills and advance communication
• Mandarin and English for business and Average Chinese Typing speed.
