Duties:

• Handle full set of book independently
• Daily bookkeeping and accounting data entry
• Maintain cash book on timely manner
• Bank book and other accounts reconciliation
• Prepare and reconcile inter-company transactions
• Prepare and analysis accounting report on regular basis including the year end closing version
• Ensure account record managed with accuracy and punctuality
• Tackle ad hoc assignments

Profile:

• LCCI Higher Level or above with min 5 years solid accounting experience
• Candidate with university academic background may consider for senior post
• Excellent PC skills including MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word processing
• Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
• Detailed oriented, well organized and self-motivated
• Able to work independently to meet deadlines
• Able to work under pressure
