Job responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, month end and year end closing independently

• Prepare Financial Report on time

• Preparation of annual financial budgets

• Prepares audit report with auditor and tax computation

• Manages cash flow, cash allocation and other treasury functions

• Supervise and manage daily accounting operations and ensures sufficient internal control applied

• Liaise with external auditor and banker and other professional parities

• Handling HR and administration duties

• Assists in performing ad hoc assignments

Requirement:

• LCCI III, University graduate with a degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Qualifications of HKICPA / ACCA is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level

• With 3 years’ experience in auditing plus 3 years in licensing industry is highly preferable

• Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels

• PC Proficiency in general MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Experence in handling tax and withholding tax

• Experience in Flex system and FION is highly preferred

• Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese

• With good communication skills to work closely with other departments and be able to work under pressure as well as to meet tight deadlines

• Immediate available is preferred

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager
