Job Description

The Job:

  • Report to Accountant
  • Perform accounts payable duties, manage cash flow, accounts payable settlement
  • Prepare cheque payments, filing and any general accounting duties
  • General Office Administrative support
  • To keep a proper filing of company documentation
  • Support ad hoc projects and general clerical works

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, or LCC Level II or above
  • At least 2 years accounting experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS office applications
  • Independent, mature, self-motivated, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
