Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients (internal & external) on all issues related to invoicing including procedures and deadlines
- Check/ update data in system to ensure it is properly recorded
- Handle and issue invoices out of system
- Prepare inter-company invoicing and related summary preparation/ documentation
- Send invoices / monthly activity reports to clients on time
- Respond to customer inquiries on billing/invoicing/monthly reports
- Establish and maintain positive relationships/communications with other departments and clients to enhance customer service
- Handle administrative tasks for the department including mailing of invoices to clients, expenses claim forms verification and support to other ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
- Post-secondary or above with minimum 2-3 years working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and Access
- Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Good team player and well organized, able to work with people of different levels and cultures
- Independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, result-oriented, self-motivated and adaptable to changes
