Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations of shipping function

• Handle daily import and export operation

• Familiar with Tradelink and shipment procedures for US, Europe, Japan and other main markets worldwide

• Computer literacy in MS Excel and other MS office applications

• Occasional travel to China    

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above                                

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in handling full set of shipping in manufacturing / trading company

• Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin is preferable

• Good PC Skills and experience in using accounting system is preferable

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Chinese word processing

• Self-motivated, out-going, mature and aggressive
