Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, formulate and oversee public & investor relations strategies
• Promote Group image, establish and foster effective relationships with local and overseas investors so as to achieve business objectives through meeting, roadshows and presentation
• Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis of peers, including financial metrics and differentiation
• Expand competitive intelligence for the senior leadership team
• Plan and execute product branding programs and activities
• Responsible for marketing communications, press release dissemination, material drafts, organize group, public & investor relations functions
• Manage and liaise with external service providers such as IR/PR, Legal, Financial Info Services, Internet and conferencing
• Maintain company and industry related investor research databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder, ideally from the finance/accounting/business steam
• At least 6 years working related experience in banking sector, financial PR or listed company is highly preferred
• US listed company IR experience is preferable but not a must
• Strong business acumen and aware of market trends
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work with people from different cultures, backgrounds and capable to work independently
• Self-driven, proactive and exciting work environment
