La Bottega is looking for a new junior accountant for its newly opened Hong Kong branch.

The candidate must have experience in administration (active and passive cycle) and maintain an active communication with consultant, logistic and administrative department. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and file the administrative documents like purchase and sales order and purchase and sales invoices (goods and services) and be sure that everything is properly booked;
• Supervise the active and passive cycle in order to keep it aligned with the accounting rules; 
• Matching the sales invoices (goods) with the related purchase invoices;
• Send a monthly report of the situation to the consultant office;
• Taking care of follow up request from the directors and keep them in touch about all the particular procedure;
• Taking care of the payment received from the customers and send to supplier (Ageing analysis);
• Complete basic personal assistant task to the company president (orders and sales situations must be send once per month);

Taking care for the audit support once per year.
