Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle clerical works as assigned
  • Data entry and filling e.g. Order processing and Document filling etc.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Working hours: 5-day half day per week from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm


Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Knowledge in Accounting and Procurement
  • Proficient with PC applications including MS Word, MS Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in English & Chinese
  • Detail-minded, mature, independent, responsible and well-organized
