Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operation
• Data input, cheque issuing, vendor contact for payment and bank account reconciliation
• Assist in monthly accounting report and annual audit
• Follow up sales orders and handle customer's enquiries
• Assist in some administrative & clerk works
• Assist in ad hoc jobs as required by General Manager.
• Knowledge in handling full set of account is an advantage

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with LCCI Level II or equivalent
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
• Hardworking & able to meet tight deadlines
• Responsible, outgoing, self motivation, independent and can work under pressure
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available
