Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Finance Director, FP & A, act as finance business partner to each market and or function focused on advising on business risks and opportunities from finance perspective to sharpen the operational analysis for decision making.  The role encompasses:

• Translate business proposal to finance model, developing customized financial models to assess the feasibility of the business model for existing businesses and new businesses (tender, bid and proposals), and other strategic projects.
• Responsible for gathering information, data compilation and analysis for business financial performance & processes focused on:

o   create and maintain financial/analytical models for the business
o   budgeting and planning processes and guidelines and governance of business and all KPIs,
o   delivering monthly management P&L, and variance analysis,
o   financial analysis, and tracking core business performance.
o   Offer financial input, guidance, and to ensure smooth project execution.

• Wide range of analysis on cost, revenue and margin by customer, segments and region etc
• Assist to review commercial contracts
• Ad-hoc analysis and support financial projects, as directed by leadership
• Support the Finance Director (FP&A) on any aspect of strategic commercial finance to the business.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. MBA advantageous.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Power Point.
• 7+ years with recent years playing the finance business partnering role at mid management level.
• Operational accounting background – ability to understand data flows and controls around integrity of data
• Working knowledge of Sun Accounting System would be advantages.
• Strong team player & interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills
• Energetic with passion to drive change and to really make a difference
• Fluent in spoken and written English, and Cantonese. Mandarin capabilities will be advantage.
• Ability to think commercially
• Analytical skills with business sense and attention to details
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, multi tasks and hands-on
• Self-motivated
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Financial Analyst
