Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operation with accounting system (PeachTree & MYOB)
• Data input, cheque issuing, vendor contact for payment and bank account reconciliation
• Assist in monthly financial report and annual audit
• Assist in some administrative works
• Assist in ad hoc jobs as required by Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Accounting
• Experience preferred but not essential
• Hardworking & able to meet tight deadlines
• Mature, self motivated, independent
• Strong sense of reasonability with attention to details
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
• Immediately available
