Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operation and full set of accounts independently
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management accounts and cash flow report
• Daily management of cash pool and funding, and bank account administration;
• Liaise with and support with external auditors, company secretary, bankers, legal and tax advisers;;
• Manage routine operation such as data entry, invoice verification and petty cash management;
• Liaise with and support with external auditors, company secretary, bankers, insurance agents, legal and tax advisers;
• Provide comprehensive HR services including recruitment, medical claims, payroll and MPF calculations, compensation & benefits
• Follow up ad-hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting or related disciplines;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• At least 5 - 7 years accounting experience preferably with retailing business;
• Strong communication skills;
• Well-organized, independent and responsible;
