Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and assist in overseeing and managing the financial and accounting operations
• Handle all trade finance arrangements with banks and suppliers and prepare cash flow forecast/budget
• Perform analysis and evaluation on business performance
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and external professional parties in relation to financial matters
• Handle statutory audit, tax related matters and ensure compliance with the regulations
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting
• Qualified accountant (CPA/ACCA/equivalent)
• Preferably with at least 7 years of relevant experience in sizable companies
• Solid knowledge in accounting, taxation and related regulatory frameworks
• Proactive with good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
• Solid knowledge in accounting and taxation legislations
• Independent, mature, responsible and a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
